YourCM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption.

YourCM does not guarantee specific project outcomes, cost savings, change order reductions, schedule adherence, or contract dispute prevention. Construction outcomes depend on many factors outside YourCM's control, including contractor performance, jurisdictional requirements, market conditions, and decisions made by project owners and stakeholders.
